First correction, exposure. To bring light and contrast to the shot. All of this in linear gamma, to stay as close as possible to the camera's settings.
Still in linear, my white balance, which I adjust to give my image a neutral base so I can rework it afterwards.
Next comes the creative node, where I correct contrast, saturation and color density, and I also fix the sky; I turn on grain, halation and bloom to create a nice texture in the image.
Finally, masks to make the village and the landscape stand out.
